In the Mountain Fortress map there will be an area that leads north with 2 giant plants on stairs and looks like a dead end despite the map showing otherwise
Kill the plants and throw the shield at the chain behind the second plant
will drop the drawbridge thing then and there you go

The, Pants, Party
In the Mountain Stronghold map, you'll come to a spot with two of the large fire-spitting plants and it will look like you can continue on to a section to the northeast, except the bridge is raised. Look for a chain just to the left of the bridge and throw your shield at it to lower the bridge and unlock this achievement. See the picture below for an exact location.
