This is missable, would require a partial playthrough but should be easy to unlock even in NG+ after finishing your first one.
After killing Agamemnon in Mykeme, the old priest opens a portal and wants you to save some priests before those will be sacrificed. After rescueing the first three priests, the marker will lead you to the next part of the map. There is a big open area with one of those big levers we already used in the game to open gates, but you can't use it yet.
A bit further there will be a small bridge which will drop down when you try to cross it. Achilles will mutter "It's a trap" while assassins start to spawn in groups of three. This ambush you'll have to survive without getting cursed from the attacks - to make this easier you should use a "ointment of purification" to increase your defense against getting cursed, but it's not to difficult.
Right after the last group of enemies is killed, the achievement will pop.

The, Pants, Party
After defeating Agememnon you'll be sent through a portal and tasked with saving three priests. The next objective after that is to head toward a location literally called Cultist's Ambush. Use an Ointment of Purification to increase your resistence to curses right before you enter, but essentially you'll want to avoid getting hit at all here as all the cultist attacks have a chance to build up a curse. You have to take a few consecutive hits for the full curse status to apply (you'll know it when you see it - your attacks slow down and you lose a portion of your health bar). If at any point you see the curse fully applied, dashboard out of the game - you get an autosave directly before entering the ambush, so you can just go back in and try again. Once every cultist is dead, interact with the lever in the middle of the room and the achievement will unlock so long as you were never fully cursed during the battle.
