How to unlock the Secret UFO achievement in Another World - Definitive Guide

After breaking out of the cage early in the game, pick up the weapon but DO NOT leave the screen you are on. If you just stand for a minute, a UFO will come across from the top left of the screen and, shoots you with a laser. Once you have been killed, the achievement will pop.
