As long as 15 enemies get hit by your black hole ability (even if they die) it will pop as for the how to get 15 its easier on difficulty levels around 15 or so as for the how its gonna be pretty luck based at least it was for me. i grouped up 8 of the small fry then popped the ability shot a rocket at them in the hole and they respawned and ran right back into it with a few more big enemies and it popped for me.

Performed either on the Data Demon Prince (prince in the game, prince in one trophy) or in the race.
1) Just spawn a hole in a bunch of demons and, if there are not enough, then simply lure the next wave to the hole.
2) In my case, I performed it on the same small demons, but during the race. At 5+ (I completed it at 9) difficulty they will spawn decently. I noticed a lot of demons, gathered them into a heap, activated the hole and started jumping over it to lure new enemies to me and take minimal damage from them.
