The easiest way to get these achivements is by having a party of 4, and playing against the datademon boss on a high difficulty (15+). The more people in your party/the higher difficulty you're on the more zombies she'll spawn. Group up the zombies and use your ability on them.

The easiest way to do this is at the boss Data Demon Prince . It launches small demons in huge numbers, but the tombot is sometimes very stupid and can simply focus the boss himself. It only took 4 attempts to get this trophy.
