easy way to do this is level one of each of the following weapon types to level 2 so you can start a run with them to remove the rng aspect of this. Surge(electricity): overclocker, shocker v11.1, or power surge. Infernal(fire): The melter, Magma cannon, Thermal devastator. Zerocool(Ice): The cold shoulder, Frosty fraggins, The long winter, Ice chipper. then make sure to equip the tiny tornado ability under gauntlet and shoot the tornado once with each element and the achievement is as good as yours.
