How to unlock the The Collector achievement in Arcadegeddon - Definitive Guide
You get a figurine with every boss run you complete. To complete a boss run you need to kill all 4 bosses in one run. It'll say "Boss run complete" after the 4th boss. Others have said this achivement is glitched, but I think it was fixed as I was able to unlock progress towards it no problem. Your achivement tracker should update every time you complete a run. The fastest way to unlock boss fights is by getting your multiplyer high. Do slide kills to get it up really fast, I also reccomend using the shocker as its hard to miss shots. If you are able to upgrade your shocker to legendary rarity it'll be easy to maintain your multiplyer. The eraser melts bosses if you hit their weak spots. If you get everything optimized you can do a Boss run in 20-30 minutes or less.

I see more people have gotten this recently, does the game still reset progress or has it been fixed?

After an update to the game in May 2023, there are now three ways that you can earn a figurine.
1. As before, you can go through Adventure mode and if you clear all four bosses in one run you'll earn a figurine. Plus The Full Monty achievement for your first time beating all 4 bosses in one run.
2. After you've done the main challenge for 3 of the gang leaders you'll be able to play Horde mode. Making it through 40 waves on Horde will also earn you a figurine.
3. Once you've earned five figurines, you'll be able to play Boss Rush mode. In Boss Rush, you'll go through the four boss levels, beating all four will earn you a figurine, though unlike the first method, you won't unlock The Full Monty achievement.
All three of the modes are started from the Arcadegeddon machine.
If you're good with the bosses, then boss rush is probably the quickest way to earn figurines. One boss gave me a lot of trouble so I started with horde mode, it usually takes about 30 to 40 minutes to go through 40 waves. After you finish 10 waves, you take a portal to the vendor, then you go to another map. After waves 3, 6, and 10 a chest will spawn and the difficulty will increase one level, the next wave won't start until after you open the chest. This is a good time to run around and grab health and ammo if you're running a little low. Wave 10 is a "boss" wave, you have to defeat multiple minibosses, they're typically armed with a unique weapon. The other waves will have you either kill all enemies that spawn, close a data breach, or defend an exploit. My strategy for Horde is typically to run around blowing everything up with a high level Shocker V11.1, I usually make sure to upgrade it every time I make it to the vendor, I also have a leveled up Hunter for enemies at a distance and enemies that are resistant to electric damage. I usually drop an orbital strike on wave 10 to hopefully knock out some of the minibosses and a shield drone so that I can shoot at whatever survives the orbital strike.
If you play boss rush mode, you'll face the four bosses in a random order. Every time you defeat a boss you'll get the gold boss chest and the difficulty will increase by 3. After you beat two bosses, you'll be sent to the vendor before having to face the next boss. I've done these in under 10 minutes using a leveled Hunter assault rifle that melts the bosses. I'll include a video in a spoiler with one of my runs.
If you decide to play Adventure mode, then you'll need to score enough points in the run to unlock the boss portal, the best way I've found to earn points is to get kills while sliding to quickly build up your multiplier, then keep getting kills to try to maintain the multiplier. Once you trigger the boss portal, there's a hexagonal ring in the upper ight corner showing how close you are, then you'll be able to open the portal to face the boss. After each boss, the score required to get to the next boss increases.
Pick the method that works best for you and happy hunting.

The figurine drops for defeating 4 bosses in one simulation (game).
A quick passage of the boss is carried out at difficulty - 5 (1 is too long, because there are few enemies, however, it is doable from difficulty level 1, in principle, it is not difficult to beat 4 bosses 2 times, but it will be long, 10+ is quite difficult) . The boss gauge fills based on points earned from kills , missions, chests, and hacks. The easiest way to do not simple kills, but kills:
a) in a tackle (the most profitable type of murder)
b) in the head
c) in close combat (either with a butt or with a melee weapon).
b) multi-kill (killing the next enemy within 1 second)
It is advisable to combine all points in one murder .
It's easy to get a streak on data demons (little purple zombies). If you have increased damage, then you can kill them with one blow from the butt, or even just with a tackle.
If you complete this trophy last, then the following build works well for bosses:
Glove: Pluggernaut and any skill for dmg or shield.
Plugins: Bonus to HP and shields and increased damage to all.
Guns (my build): assault rifle or PP (Warrior) + weapon with area damage (Shocker v11.1) + auxiliary weapon (Eraser at the legendary level demolishes bosses with one clip)
Pluggernaut (taking into account the increased damage) demolishes any stage of bosses at once. If they hit you hard, then we heal and kill the mobs to accumulate the charge of the Pluggernaut.
PS If you couldn’t defeat the boss and you were killed, use the bug that I described in

As I understand it, 1 figurine is given for killing 4 bosses in one attempt. One race generally takes 35-50 minutes, with an average time of 45 hours.
PS the trophy seems to be buggy, I received 4 figures but there are only 2 in the trophy tracking

Races can be faster, around 15-20 minutes. We just upgrade our weapons to legendary (I have The Melter and Hunter), set the perk for 3x damage (we get 2x damage on ourselves) and do kills in a tackle to quickly get a x10 multiplier and accumulate points for bosses. It’s better to set the difficulty to at least 5 so that there are more monsters.
According to my observations, if we take the starting difficulty of 5, then the first boss requires ~12500 points. For the second ~25000 points, the third - ~37500 points, the fourth - ~50000 points
You don't even have to complete the tasks at the levels. We just roll in tackles and accumulate the required number of points. 4 levels - 4 bosses.
In my glove I have drones for shielding and healing. In plugins - x3 damage, +40% shield, +50% hp.
