How to unlock the Sprouting Potential achievement in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora - Definitive Guide
Tarsyu Saplings are smaller versions of the Tarsyu Flowers where you get Ancestor Skills from (see Talk to the Ancestors ). While you get an ability and 2 skill points for seeking out Tarsyu Flowers (of which there are only 12), the Tarsyu Saplings will grant you an extra skill point for each one you seek out.
Thankfully, though, the Tarsyu Saplings are plentiful in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, so don't worry too much about these (there’s a good 60 or so of them), and the good news is that they'll show on the map as soon as you're close to one.
Seek out 20 of the Tarsyu Saplings, then, and you'll unlock the ‘Sprouting Potential' trophy. In terms of shortcuts to get all 20, we've got a few hot tips for you:
- There are 3 next to each other in eastern The Celebration Valley in the Upper Plains - the game’s second area.
- There are also 3 next to each other on Wing Mountain in eastern The Stone Hold in the Upper Plains (again, the second area).
- And finally, there's also an Ancestor Skill called Tarsyu Network, that you can seek out to make your life easier - it’s an ability that marks nearby Tarsyu Seedlings on your map after you grab one. You can find the Tarsyu Network Ancestor Skill north-northwest of Giant’s Bane (and the Resistance Hideout) in the Clouded Forest (in the third act). You’ll find this particular Tasryu Flower and the aforementioned Ancestor Skill near the Cascading Stones, on top of a massive mountain called the Crying Giant.
Grab 20 Tarsyu Saplings and the ‘Sprouting Potential’ trophy is all yours.
