Beat Souls (HP)

You'll likely have this by the time you beat 10 stages each for Mei, NeNe, and Rinko. Especially considering that some of the higher difficulty stages have several hearts (recovery items) for you to collect. If needed you can always replay any stage and keep collecting hearts until you unlock this. Could always be combined with the afk method for level 9 as well.
