How to unlock the Quack achievement in Biomutant - Definitive Guide
It looks like the cave called Gumquack Hollow is the only location with Gumducks. In the main story you visit this location and collect 5/20 Gumducks for a quest. The cave is nearby the NPC Gulp which you also met in the story.

In the cave you can find 5 Gumducks so after the story you need atleast 3 visits to complete this achievement. The respawntimer for the Gumducks looks like 1 hour and start AFTER you are leaving the location! (You can't idle there!)
In case you need a video:

Wait until the third or fourth moon in game time make a save so if it doesn't glitch out were you have the boss an no ducks u can reload your save an try again. Also go do other stuff while your waiting fast traveling back an forth doesn't work and reloading your save trying to use the same ducks doesn't work either. Hope this helps most of the guides are pre patch.
Capture 20 Gumducks
Gumducks are a type of “animal” you are required to capture during the “Gumquack Hollow” main quest before facing the Porky Puff world eater. You are tasked with going into a location called “Gumquack Hollow” to capture these for Goop. It's location is one the border between Bricktown and Surfipelago.
At the end of this tunnel location, there is a large room with shallow water in it, where you find a number of rubber ducks floating around, which are the Gumquacks you need to capture.
This one specific area always respawns several Gumquacks, so to get 20 you can simply farm them by returning to this location a few times.

Gumducks are yellow rubber ducks that are only found (that I know of) in one location. Unfortunately you can only catch 6 at a time in this spot and you can't save, quit, reload and farm them; you actually have to wait at least 30 minutes in real time before they respawn! So just do other tasks while you wait, and after at least 30 minutes, revisit and get the remaining ducks. You will earn the trophy upon catching 20.
Gumducks are rubber duck toys, and again you will come across these as part of the story. Unlike the Sqvips, these only spawn in one location: Gumquack Hollow, where you find them during the story. Generally, they will respawn about every 30 minutes of in-game play, so after doing this story section, return another three times when you've played for a while to grab another set until you reach 20 for the achievement.

They didn't show up for a long time. As a result, he drowned and loaded from the last point. They appeared immediately.
