When completing a quest called GULP you will unlock the Googlide.
You should receive a side quest while using the Googlide for parts for it.
Once you have collected 5 different ones, press down on the D-pad to switch between them.

When on the Googlide (made available in a quest for GULP), hold 
on the D-Pad and select the various upgrades you have collected. A side mission to discover upgrades becomes available once you start using the Googlide.
Upon selecting 5 different upgrades you will earn the trophy.

The, Pants, Party
You will obtain the Googlide as part of the main story, and be led to one of the Googlide Wrekboxes with various parts for it. You will then receive a side-quest pointing you to the rest of the Wrekboxes for more parts. Collect a few boxes and press 
when inside it to customize it. Switch parts a total of five times to unlock the achievement.
