The Odd Stone is given to you by Orip once you talk to him upon reaching Stoneheart City. If you paid him the money for repairing the elevator at the beginning, you won't have to pay him back first before getting it.

I was playing and I got the mission to make her remember her friend and only then did I get this stone, then I got the worker's tunic and showed it to her, after that I got the achievement to do this but it didn't unlock this stone mission Could you help me with this? I don't know what to do, I don't want the more than 10 hours played to be worthless.
