When in combat you will sometimes go to a downed state when you’re at low health (crawling on your hands and knees). To get this achievement, a player on your team needs to go up to you and press 
to revive you. Once this happens, the achievement will unlock.
This can only happen in team-based modes, for obvious reasons.

This can also be unlocked by hitting an enemy with your fists twice while downed, which allows you to self-revive.
