How to unlock the Bullseye achievement in Cris Tales - Definitive Guide
Cumulative
I unlocked this during my first battle in the Tulira ruins, 27 hours into the game. Almost every attack has a perfect timing to get a critical. Do it 500 times for the achievement. I don't believe good hits count. I would recommend trying to learn the following, as I found them easiest and these members will be with you the most:
Cris bell's basic attack, when you hear the first hit
Christopher's spells, like when fireblast's shadow disappears
Zas's basic attack, when the hammer is high at the enemy's head

I am fairly certain you need to get a critical as a confirmation to your statements.

Can confirm only "critical" hits count. Good does not count. The screen edges darken slightly when you should press A on both attacks and parry's this might help your timing. Can confirm does NOT have to be completed in one playthrough. I accidentally deleted my first save about 16 hours in, then got it on the new playthrough on the way up Mount Thysia.

In battle, if you press at just the right time when attacking, you will receive a "Critical" notification and will do more damage as well as apply any status effect an attack might cause. The timing for this is different on every attack, but you can generally see the screen dim, and you should eventually learn the timing of your basic attacks. Christopher's spell are by far the easiest to learn the timing of though. Note that some characters do not get critical hits, such as Kari and JKR, so avoid using them to grind this out if it doesn't come naturally before the end of the game. To minimize the number of battles required if you're grinding, remove all your equipment that increases your stats so you do less damage and don't kill things in one hit.
