How to unlock the In good hands achievement in Cris Tales - Definitive Guide
**having read comments on one of the other achievements in this trio, it may be necessary to complete all side quests in St. Clarity in order to trigger the Council option, including giving Mario an antidote and paying the violinist 1500 marbles. These two don't show in the side quests list, btw. There are 3 side quests to complete: The Witness; A Memory to the Fallen and In Need of Repairs. These all unlock achievements too. The first 2 side quests match the achievement name, but for some reason In Need of Repairs is called Machina recovery.**
This is one of 3 choices you can make after defeating Enzo (the Puppeteer achievement). Before confronting Enzo the game will inform you that you will not be able to complete side missions in St. Clarity, so you can back out at this point, if necessary. But you should also save at the nearby save point of you want all 3 achievements here. Go on and defeat Enzo, watch/skip the subsequent cut scene and make you choice of leader. Quit and reload the game and repeat the Enzo battle and choose a different leader. Repeat for a 3rd Time for all options.
A quick word on the Enzo fight - I was level 14. I completely ignored his wolves, which he kills to give himself life anyway. Enzo is weak to poison, so apply that to him to hasten his death. Each fight took less than 5 minutes for me.
If you can't be bothered with all 3, it's worth noting that In Good Hands gives you 25 gamerscore, whereas the other 2 give you 10.

See the video below for walkthroughs on each of those. Once all of that is complete, save your game and proceed to start the boss fight in the church. The game will warn you this is a point of no return. Complete the fight and choose Armando for Revolutionary cry (10G), then reload your save and beat the boss again and choose Sophia for The high class (10G), and reload one more time and beat the boss again to choose the council option to receive this achievement. You want this to be the last one you choose as it is required for the Change the future (70G) ending.

After defeating Enzo in St. Clarity, you must select the "Create Council" option.
For it to appear, you must:
1. Complete the sidequest with Peter (also get the achievement " The Witness ")
After defeating the boss on Mount Tisia, walk over the corpse and pick up the glasses. The quest will become active.
2. Donate 1500 peas to Bernard (musician in the middle of the street)
3. It is necessary to save Mario, who will be carried away into the sewer. Afterwards, you need to talk to his mother, Emilia, in the flood area. Before the battle with Enzo, find her in the upper part of the city, talk to her in the present and future, and then give her the antidote. If for some reason you don't have an antidote, buy it from Elizabeth's store.
