You'll pick up fire weapons throughout each level, simply kill 100 spiders with these weapons to unlock the achievement.
You can track you progress of fire kills by looking at the "by fire" statistic on the pause menu.
Worth noting that I only started to find fire weapons such as fire blade and flamethrower about half way through the campaign, so when you pick these up make sure you focus on getting this achievement.
