After defeating the final boss and unlocking the Deadfall achievement if you haven't already done so, you have to watch or skip the final cutscene. Once the credits begin to roll, you'll unlock this achievement.

Hey, do you know if any of this game’s achievements need to be on a specific difficulty? I’ve been looking through all the descriptions & didn’t see anything one way or another.

No, the difficulty doesn’t matter for any of the achievements.
