Survived 100 enemy waves

How to unlock the Against all odds achievement in Deadfall Adventures - Definitive Guide

Not nearly as daunting as it seems. You must indeed survive 100 waves of enemies in "SURVIVAL MODE", but not 100 in a row.

Here is a simple way to boost through this in around 5-8 hours.

1.) Pick a level you're familiar with. (I used PYRAMID. Click "Switch Map" until it returns to your chosen level.)
2.) The first wave of enemies is usually 12-18 of the gorilla like mummies, use your flashlight to make them burn brightly, then shoot or machete them as quickly as possible.
3.) Once it's announced that "THE VAULT IS OPEN" go to any trap that will kill you, stand in it's kill zone, then set it off. (the only one on PYRAMID guaranteed to kill you is the crushing walls in the hallway.) This will end your round and count as a wave completed. Time to wave completion is 1.5-2 minutes once you get in the rhythm of the level. Total with startup wait time & load time is about 3-5 minutes
4.) Rinse and repeat.

On the main menu, you can check your stats to see how many more waves you need.

Any idea why the stats keep resetting? I had 4 waves a few months back, and the leaderboards still show it, but stats from the main menu was completely reset. I really need to know which count the achievement goes by.

Private Survival matches do not count. Plus playing on the Xbox One is known to reset all stats.

yah i found out the hard way when i switched to xbox one and lost my 33 levels. Im gonna assume the best way to get this achievement is in one sitting.

I gotta say that I completed 140 rounds while killing 500 daru. Averaged 7 kills but the first 10 rounds were a learning curb and at least 10 rounds where a mummy without a sword showed up on the second wave. Best strategy is to let 2 sword mummies live and wail on you while you slaughter daru that are still in the walls. In 8 - 10 hours you can have both achievements.

The best way to get this achievement is all in one sitting.
I had 33 waves, come on the next day to have the stats reset.
all in one sitting it took me 6 hr 40 mins but i messed up a lot of the waves where i quit before finishing the wave as i was doing the daru achievement first.
There is a problem with the cloud save system resetting, so make sure you get it in one day or chance losing your progress.

I think you just need to make sure you play it on the 360, and you'll be fine, your progress only resets if playing on the Xbox One.
