How to unlock the Duty Bound achievement in Disney Dreamlight Valley - Definitive Guide

Simply complete 1100 Dreamlight duties.

You can find them in your menu but beware, only the top option called Dreamlight Duties count towards this achievement.

You can check this menu everytime via menu or using the spring at the mainplace.
On both places you can cash them out and get your points and also instantly a new task.

With every new biom you unlock, you will get new different tasks due to the fact of new resources found in this biom. Some tasks require some quests finished to unlock or to be able to solve.

Edit/Addition: thx to The Si1ver King

There are around 30, maybe more, different tasks to do, after you finished them they come back up later again.

Edit/addition by Gigatoreador:
If you have more than one "cook a X star meal" simultaneously, simply cook the one with the highest rating, the others will stack and count as solved too.

Serverresettime:

8.00 PM EST
2.00 AM CET

Hope this helps so far.

Additional information:

There are a finite number of Duties - around 30, maybe; I can think of 20 off the top of my head - but once you finish them, they cycle back around, so you can complete them infinitely. They also reset every night at 0 UTC (meaning you lose any progress you have made on them, and the list goes back to the beginning, switching out the Duties you have available).

The Duties are all short quick, easy things to do, like plant 5 vegetables and cook a meal of a specific star level.

The "cook a X Star Meal" tasks stack, btw. So if you have multiple of different levels, just cooking the highest value one completes all.

Catch seafood is the most annoying. Is there a better alternative to fishing in the Glade for this one?

I've found that if you feed a critter before the Dreamlight Duty for it pops up, you won't get credit trying to feed it again, so don't feed critters until you see the Duty for it.

That goes for just about everything...especially nightthorns...I wait for just about everything to pop up in duties so I always have something available, I can average between 75 to 100 duties a day, only have 167 left to go

The above guide does a good explanation, however I've noticed a few ways to speed this up,

1.spices and mushrooms count as vegetables as well for harvesting vegetables you can stack their respective duties

2. With prepare X star meals any 5 star meals will pop all lower star duties as well, try to dance around these until your board is full of them.(combine with a cook with seafood/fruit/specific meals as well)

3. Keep your inventory cleared for minerals/mining loot, fish, pumpkin seeds, carrots/coconut/seaweed(the last three are for feeding critters) A max bag helps ALOT and you will need to collect/harvest/and sell these things the most with meals just under that in frequency

4. consider looking over the NPC favorite gifts and always carry one on that list at all times. Also when cooking considers making a favorite meal and hold it for when you get the duty to give a favorite gift.

5. Have a buddy at all times so you can gift him various herbs and flowers you accidentally grab for gifting.

With all these things considered I'm doing a mad dash for this achievement before I take the rest, as it boost almost every other achievement in the process. Good luck Hunters :)
