Goofy and Mickey's houses are actually already built, and I'm not sure if fixing Donald's house counts as "building" it; I assume Scrooge's store doesn't.

I am sitting at 17%, which would equal 5, and I have built everyone but Eric's - Minnie, Maui, Moana, Wall-E, Ursula, Ariel, and Remi - so either two of those don't count or it's kinda buggy on counting. My bet is on buggy, given the Goofy stall achievement is buggy.

You should be at 9 if you've done every character available at the start, so I'm guessing repairing Donald's counts. I'm assuming it goes off of the Scrooge sign being used. The achievement tracker will only be at 17% as they track off of the in game tasks and the next one is at 10.

Dont need ariel 10 for eric, although you need Ariel in the world. Im also at 17% with everything done. % progress general only moves when you hit a dreamlight milestone; Repair houses is the only one I could see as see as being the one. I think last mile stone was 5 or 6 which would be around the 17% , currently at 9 \10 so next dlc should hopefully do it; Although it looks like Scar and Simba homes are already in Sunlit. That should help confirm if some of the others count

Just so you all know, the achievement progress bar only goes up when you complete a section on the challenge. For example, I was sitting at 1% for Dreamlight Duties - as soon as I completed another portion of the challenge it shoot up to 25%. This would be the same for the building houses. We are all sitting at 17% - as soon as we get the 10th one, you will see the percentage change to 33% (maybe 34%). This is one of those “be patiently waiting” achievements to complete.

Lion king update drops in approx 3 weeks time - so will update the houses once we know what we got :)

Wow thanks for all this I was wondering if I was the only one having this issues at all none of mine are even showing at all and my garden one is stuck right now. As well so yea I hate glitches. Make the game kinda sucks sometimes. They should do achievements that can't be done maybe just to add ons would have been best.thanks again everyone

They have a patch coming again to fix a bunch of bugs when the lion king enters the game :)

Im assuming scar wont count. Theres already a house icon in sunlit plateau for him to use. It'll be like mother gothel and her tree

Seven profiles were stoopid enough to cheat to unlock this achievement on the computer and be members of this TA website that tracks and lists when they unlock it.
I checked all 7 accounts and they are all already under investigation for cheating. Haha!

@bae 10 keep in mind this is in early access and won't officially launch until 2023.

I could be wrong, but I don't think games even have to have any achievements during early access.

I'm amazed people are calling those people cheaters while the company's at fault for having an unobtainable by the lack of content and on top of that have a faulty piece of code that allows people to glitch it.

yes because they are cheating to get an unobtainable achievement - rules state on TA that any cheaters will be banned - this achievement will become available in time - games still not a full released product - so once they start adding in more characters we should see this eventually obtainable :) - hopefully when toy story comes we will have a house or 2 to add

Judging by the rate of characters being added and some not even be able to build this could take atleast 12 months bfore it's available to get

@neosmoke most people will still scold the dog and try to teach it to not go out the open door. Cheater is a cheater regardless if it's easy or hard to cheat.

I got this achievement on PC about a week ago. I did not mod the game in any way to intentionally get this achievement, nor did I perform any glitch intentionally. A whole bunch of counters in game bugged out after the last update, and I was livestreaming the game when it happened.

It's on the developer to make sure their game isn't a buggy pile of crap before releasing it.

I've discovered how to trigger the bug.

It turns out that if I leave the game running overnight while I sleep, (which I've been doing because of the Christmas dutys requiring me to hang out with specific characters for an hour) when I wake up and come back to the game 10+ hours later, all the counters get messed up. For example, I just did a daily conversation with a character, and the game counted that I did 99.9million of them instantly.

At best guess, It seems to be a stack overflow error when the game is left running for many hours at a time.

In other words, anybody who plays on PC (and possibly others) who leaves the game running for 12+ hours, then builds a house, such as Buzz Light years house, will get the achievement for building 30 houses, as the games counter overflows and gives the house build counter 99.9 million houses built. (At best guess, the game is retrieving a negative value, like most stack overflow errors, and freaking out).

So yeah, achievement is possible due to a game bug, that only requires the game to be running for many hours to trigger. It does not require modding or intentionally cheating.

What prize do I win for discovering this bug?

I can comfirm the game bugs after 12 hours. I used the glitch where Kristoff pays you, and despite him saying he'd pay me 200M, he only gave me 14M. Seems like I got lucky I didn't get a negative int

i remember some dude releasing a cheat engine table to unlock all the achievements and max out the stats on the same day it released lmfao its always the same with those play anywhere titles same with hifi rush just now

Has anyone tried if you build the 12 houses on your account and then you reset your account and build 12 more do you get credit again? So if you wiped it a second time and did the 12 th houses for a third time you would then unlock the achievement?

@itsa pumaa - TA investigations team has looked into this achievement and there is no way to get it legitimatly

The only update that might actually get me back into this game is one that includes additional achievements!

@itsa pumaa achievements are triggered off of in-game trackers. So resetting the game completely wipes out your progress.

so many people "unlocking" this achievement, without realizing that it's so easy to see it's not actually obtainable lmao.

The way things are going, Gameloft is going to have to open another buildable realm to accommodate 30+ houses, lol.

With the June 7 update, the target was changed from 30 to 12, so it should unlock the moment you claim the dreamlight duty!

Can now be unlocked. In your Dreamlight Quest they took it down to 12. Once you take the Dreamlight the achievement unlocks.

You need to edit this because this achievement can now be unlocked easily rather than waiting forever.

Now I'm regretting the breaks I took from harvesting night thorns every day! Oh well, I'll be able to complete the game next month.

As of the latest update this achievement will pop after finishing Mickeys quest in the new dreamscape update with Fairy Godmother. Weird. But it pops after renovating 13 houses.

I have every one of these but Eric and it still only shows 11 of 12 for me.

I completed Simba/Nala's house, completed the Dreamlight quest for 12 houses, and completed the fairy godmother questline but this still didn't pop.
Hope it's not glitched.
Maybe I have to do all 13, or maybe the final one has be to Stitch instead of Nala.

I logged back in after the daily "refresh" and the achievement immediately popped. It's on a weird delay.

Yeah I definitely had hope there'd be more than just Scar even though he was all they mentioned. Even if every update has 1 or 2 more houses this could potentially be AGES away... I believe full release was planned for next year unless I'm mistaken so hopefully they at least have big plans to add a lot by then and don't release it without this even being obtainable I don't mind waiting but I don't want it to be forever

I have all the current available houses already built, so I cannot try the bug. However, even though I play on the console, I loaded up the game on the PC and left it running for about 15 hours to see if the bug works on thorns. It didn't, but I may not have done it properly.

What I have discovered though is that the game save is now so bloated that the game is almost unplayable. I loaded up the game on my Series X and the lag is so bad, I can't really do anything. I'll probably have to contact customer support to see what they can do for me. I guess that's what happens when you try to take shortcuts.

Doesn't make any sense just based off of my game ratios but I do know the easiest game I've ever completed was not cheating like you, keep seething cheater

Awesome, 12 houses is way more reasonable than 30 :-) The Dreamlight Quest was ready to be collected as I logged in (had done 13 houses) and the achievement popped without issues.

I didn't start this game until after the update fixing this achievement. I had to get all 13 houses mentioned in this guide into the valley, so one of the ones you mention doesn't count anymore. Likely Donald.

They have an update this week i believe to fix a bunch of things - so fingers crossed it will solve most the problems - my progression bar isant updating either - i contacted them today to, to see if they can confirm if the houses we only had to repair will count or not - im just waiting on a reply - i'll let you guys know if they get back to me or not haha
