Blue magic spheres are the blue and silver coin shape icon at the top of your screen.

You must get this to 100 on the dot for the achievement. No cumulative farming here unfortunately.

It's real easy once you know how to get them.
1) Killing enemies like slave demon which give you a 25% chance on a measly 1. (This is nice untill you get 50 or so, then their health becomes too high for it to be worth it.)

2) When opening the BLUE chest, any duplicates you get 1 sphere. Sometimes a new card gives you 1 too.

So just spend time to get your gold up, and keep focus on buying blue chest cards and you'll eventually have this after mabey 2-3 sets of owning all blue cards.

Edit:Wyyvern, Tendoman77 brought up a good point when picking the merchant guild for 1B gold, you unlock a star which auto opens 30 free chests for the normal or blue chests. Use this for the blue chests when you have none and you'll get a plethora of spheres.

Edit#2: Vito084 Suggests anyone who started a fresh game, or who's saved their purple crystals from the daily challenges, can purchase the 100 spheres straight away without any hassle. From my recollection, it's around 50 crystals for the purchase.
