This doesn’t unlock straight away. After getting to 300 kills you have to close the game and restart it. It then unlocks after about 30 seconds.

This still isn’t popping for me and the counter says I’m at 469 I’ve restarted my game waited a minute or two multiple times with no luck.

After I left the guild that costs 1billion to enter the achievement popped. No clue why but that’s what worked for me. 🤷🏻

I will copy / paste this into all of the kill count achievements as I work my way up the ladder, but I believe the trick here is that all of your QUEST KILL COUNTS have to add up to the number in question.
When I received the 300 Kills achievement I had 186/200 Toads and 114/250 Ogres. At the time I had 590/10k to that Challenge / total kills.
The reason the other solution "worked" is because the kill quests are for the beginning monsters, so going back and raising those counts works you up the quest counts.
