A quicker way to do this over playing a game with a second controller is to load up Ultimate Team, go to the Moments > Pitch Perfect > Set Pieces > PK #2: Shootout.
If you miss a shot just pause and restart. The AI 95% of the time will always shoot in the same direction. Give your shots 2-3 bars of power when the green circle is around the ball and then aim your stick into a top corner.
