Slow Dance is level 1-9. It's an auto-scrolling level in which missile platforms continually shoot at the player. Thankfully, it's also short - you can easily finish the level by mistake in under 40 seconds. Dying does not invalidate the Achievement, so feel free to retry endlessly without heading back to the level select.
To get this Achievement, you must touch the exit at the last possible second. Once you're on the final solid platform, you'll see two platforms that disappear after touching them. Stand on the first of these disappearing platforms as long as you can. Then carefully jump the second vanishing platform without touching the exit. Now you can go through the exit, and hopefully, 40 seconds will have passed.
To make the time tracking element of this Achievement easier, turn on the timer. From the level select screen, pressing Start/Menu for Options. Then switch Timer on.
