Start up a my team or career mode with default settings & pick anyone you want. Go into first practice & basically crash into the walls, drivers etc. Keep doing this for every session until Claire interviews you then pick the most negative options & it should unlock this achievement for you.

Not working. I'm crashing into walls, spinning and crashing in to other drivers. Yet the only options I get are positive ones.
