You can do this in whichever career mode you wish: Single, Two Player, My Team, ect, although it is easier in career modes where you select your team and Team Mate, for example a Mercedes with Lewis or Redbull with Max.

Constructors Championship means both drivers have to do well. If you win all the time, your partner also has place fairly high consistantly. You have a better advantage with the teams listed above, although McLaren and Ferrari seem to have it good this year as well - I would chose Lando and Charles as my team mate if you go with these.

You have an option to do a full season, half season, or 10 races. If you want this done and dusted, choose 10 races (as you can pair with "Winning every race in a 10 race Season" and "Complete 10 One Shot Qualifyings").

Set your assists and chose "one-shot" for your qualifying format if you wish to take on that achievement at the same time. Choose your AI level and laps, and advance.

If you arent taking this mode seriously (like just doing 10 races to get some achievements), then you can skip the practices if you wish and go to qualifying.

Obviously, the lower the AI, the easier it is to get Pole.

Head to the race, and win.

If pairing with "Win every race in a 10 race season", you need to win every race. Winning every race will cement your Drivers Championship as well as give an advantage to your Constructor Standings.

This achievement will normally unlock after the last race.

I managed to achieve this in my 1st play through of my own team career mode despite having a terrible teammate. I’m not trying to brag or anything I just want to help other people with how to do it. I played the full season. I know this might be a bit long winded but if you go to the bottom the main points are clear.
I play the game with full racing line in manual with suggested gear ( don’t take the suggested gear as gospel it is often wrong or makes it 2 easy to break traction) and your own choice of when to use the overtake ecu option.
On your 1st play through the main R&D to focus on is the durability department so you don’t have to worry about grid drop penalties. But steadily try to upgrade all departments.Look at what parts of the car your wearing out the fastest and try to focus on improving those areas.
Skip any wet practise sessions and just get the 3 practice programs done and naff off. It’s worth remembering that the track is dead at the start of the session so it’s best to do the qualifying program then if that comes up. If the race or qualifying is going to be wet a more downforce setup is helpful.
Never simulate a practise session. It causes excessive and unpredictable wear on all of your components.
When the driver market is coming up try to save some money and have spec 1 on all departments to make it easy to attract a better driver. I messed this up and could not do this.
When the new regulations for upgrades are coming up try to save points to adapt as many as possible.
How hard it is to get pole and play the game is largely down to your difficulty settings etc.
* my 2nd driver was crap throughout the career and consistently at the bottom of the field. Which meant this was way harder.
** For the last 3 races I had to deliberately take out Mercedes drivers (whilst not getting a timed penalty for it. It was quite fun tbh) to ensure I got this achievement for being at the top of the constructors championship.
