To get this achievement, you need to complete a practice session. This means you cannot use Quick Practice or skip to the end after you've got your resource and development boosts.

Essentially have to wait until the time runs out on the session. Fortunately, you can accelerate the time to 30x speed. To do this, you will need to be in the garage during a practice session. Press to enter the session information then press 3 more times to accelerate the time 30x speed. You'll see the timer in the bottom right corner accelerate.

Leave the timer to reach zero and the achievement should pop once the time sheet appears.

Obtained after completing the first training session in your own car. To do this, you have to start a single player career in the main menu under the "Career" category. Then you have the choice whether you want to start a normal driver career or a "My-Team" career. This trophy can only be earned in the "My-Team" career.
After you have created your own team, after the preparations you can start straight away with the first race weekend. Here you can drive the training in the first race of the season, the training is mandatory in the "My-Team" career and cannot be deactivated. The trophy will be unlocked as soon as you have finished the first session with your own car. The result does not matter.
