If you don’t want to contend with trying to win against other players, you can boost this in a 1 player league similar to previous F1 games.

Go to multiplayer tab, select League, Create League. Call it whatever you like, location, pattern and colour don’t matter.

On the next screen, leave it as scheduled, but set the start time of the race to be 5 mins in the future, e.g. if it’s 11.21 now, then set the start time to 11.25 (if you’re quick) or 11.30 just to be safe. Hit Advance.

Unlike previous F1 games, there are no short circuits that can be selected. I just chose Austria as each lap is about 1.05.00 (choose whichever track you’re comfortable with).

Hit X 4 times, then A (Advance).

Go to League settings, and set AI Substitute to 1. You can also set Allow Spectators to No and reduce Maximum Competitors to 2, but you don’t have to.

Hit RB 3 times to the Assists settings, set these up to your own preferences.

Hit RB once more (Weekend Structure) ensure practice and qualifying format are both set to Off and session length is Short (5 laps).

RB once more, set Rules and Flags to off.

One more RB (Simulation Settings)
AI difficulty: 1
Car Damage: Off
Collisions: Off
Race starts: Personal preference

Hit B (back) and the Confirm Settings, then Okay.

Hopefully you got all this done in time and you can select Next League Event. In the lobby you will see a countdown timer, when this reaches zero your race will start, once you’ve hit Ready Up. You can’t force the session to start with only one player in the lobby you have to wait for the countdown to reach zero.

Simply win the race against very easy AI that you can drive through and don’t worry about cutting corners or bumping barriers (so long as you win). Following your victory, you will be dropped back in the league lobby, where you should Retire from League.

Repeat these steps 4 more times and the achievement is yours.

These races will also count towards the 10, 50 and 100 online races achievements.

While the other guide is great, i have another option for you.

I honestly boosted this with my roommates account on another xbox.

If you have access to another xbox, account and copy of the game (if not bought digitally), this, along with the other online achievements, will be very easy.

If you have the game digitally, use the other account on your home xbox so they have access to it.

If you're lucky enough to have a trusted friend, or find an LFG post, then that will also help.

In the Multiplayer Tab, select Social Play and create a session. Go into the Lobby Settings.

Lobby Options:
Max Players - 2

Assists Restrictions are for the othercplayer, not you. I normally do:
Steering Assist - Off
Braking Assist - Off
Gearbox - Auto
ERS & DRS - Off

Assists: these are your own personal driving assists, so set them to your liking.

Track Select:
Set your season to 25 races (easier to keep track since you need 50 and 100 completed races), by just tapping . If you want to skip a track, while it is highlighted, tap to have the next track in that spot.
You can even do the same track over and over again if you like!

Weekend Structure:
Practice - Off
Quali. - Off (or whatever you like)
Session Length - Very Short (3 Laps) (or whatever you like)

I generally leave the weather and time alone.

Rules and Flags:
Rules and Flags - Off (this enables short cuts and corner cutting, even jumping the start without penalities).

Simulation Settings:
AI - 0 (again, your choice - there will only be the other player and you on track if done this way anyway).
Surface Type - Simplified (easier to run over if short cutting)
Car Damage - Off
(this is online so flashbacks wont be available)

Add/Remove AI:
I leave this at 0/19, and just press twice to head back to the lobby.

Invite your friend/boosting account by pressing . Once they are on the list, Ready Up and begin.

If using another account, simply pause them when qualifying starts (if you have it) and continue your qualification.

At the race grid, start the race with and pause them. Once lights out (and awaaay we goo! -sorry, real F1 reference), the AI will take over and continue driving, so you can just drive on your account.

If you qualify P1 and your AI is pretty low, winning shouldn't be a problem, also as you can cut corners, it's easier to pass.

You do need to win 5 times to obtain this achievement.

This method is also good for the other online achievements of completing x number of races and for "10 Clean Races", and the other online achievements of completing x number of races.

Note - Clean Races only count if you are driving, not the AI. You can cut corners and take shortcuts if rules and flags are off, you just cant bump into anything or anyone.
