Fable II Pub Games

Tournaments are in a special category of the game. From the start screen load your character. Then instead of picking to select a game, choose tournament. You can play whatever you're best at, but you're going to need to at least place in all of them for one of the other achievements, so the strategy I would employ would be to just play whatever, and if you happen to win, nice. If not, just play it again unless you place, in which case move onto a different one.

I would start with the one that is completely luck (Spinnerbox), and just press your "A" button as you mindlessly do something else. The game is complete luck, and since you'll have to place in them all at some point anyway, might as well hope that dumb luck works twice in your favor.

If you aim to unlock all 15 unique items then this is the frst achievement that you will unlock on your way there. There is a total of 15 tournaments that you can enter; 5 for Keystone,5 for Fortune's Tower and 5 for Spinnerbox. If you want to get this achievement quickly then I would suggest Fortune's Tower and not to accept an offer any less than 15 otherwise you'll end up with less than what you start with. Bet the maximum possible all the time. Averagely, a hand of Fortune's Tower ends up being 4 rows long if the Gate Card is used or 5 if it hasn't been used. If you get a value of 30 or greater for a row than accept as it is unlikely to get that value again in a hand. After placing first in a match, you move onto the second round in which you need not place first as placing in 5th postion will still gain a win for you. If you are not very lucky then simply try again and you should win in a few tries.
