On the main menu, enter the Start New Career tab and enter the Player path. Pick a reasonably big team to start with, so that you can have a higher chance of getting offers and loan requests accepted.
Choose to play as an existing player, someone up and coming at a big club, but someone not regularly in the first team squad. I picked Adnan Januzaj at Man Utd. As soon as you start, go to the My Actions tab in the My Pro tab. Here you can request a loan or transfer. Requesting a loan is your best bet, as you are much more likely to be loaned out than sold.
All you have to do then is go back out and advance the season. Keep an eye on the top left of the screen. Messages received are previewed there. Within a week or two you will get a message back with a response. If your manager agrees, all you have to do is accept. If he doesn’t, just keep trying, simulating from transfer window to transfer window.
