How to unlock the Tournament Time achievement in FIFA 15 - Definitive Guide

Go to Custom Tournament, choose a 32 team knockout tournament. Auto-fill the teams and when on the screen asking you to select which teams you want to user control, select them all. Then go to 'calendar', and simulate until mid-October when the tournament finishes. The simulation will be interrputed a few times but just go back to the calendar and simulate again each time. One of your teams will obviously win eventually, and once you press 'end season' the achievement will pop.

Took me 5 mins max, an easy 10G. smile

One of the tiles on the home page should say 'custom tournament'. You may have to use the right stick to cycle through different modes on one of the tiles to get to it.

Go to the 'play' tab on the main menu. press cn_RSr on the tile that says 'new tournament' until you see 'custom tournament' and press cn_X

Create a 32-team knockout tournament and press cn_X on every single team to make them all user-controlled. Then keep simming matches on the calendar until you reach the end. Finally, sim the last match to unlock the trophy. Very easy smile

On the Main Play Menu, you will see a large New Tournament Tile on the right. If you shuffle this tile, you will get the option to Create a Custom Tournament from scratch. Once inside, you will have the option to create either a League, Group & Knockout or Knockout tournament. A straight Knockout is by far the quickest option.

In the settings, set it to 32 teams. 16 is not enough as it has to be more than 16 teams. Next up, turn on the Advanced Settings at the bottom to give you an extra menu when you advance. Use the following setting:

Auto Fill From : All
Team Rating Range: Less than 2 stars.
Fixtures v Each Team : 1

With this setup, you will only have to win five games to win the tournament. Replace one of the teams with a five star team, and select that team as the one you will use.

Lastly, you have the choice to either Play out or Simulate the games. If playing, set the halves to 4 minutes to speed things up. If simulating, make sure to save between each game. Despite the gulf in class, it’s amazing how often a five star team will be beaten along the way in simulation. When they are, just reload your save and retry.

Either way, the trophy will pop when you win the cup.
