As soon as you get on your rental motorbike for the 1st time (doesn't take long), you could get this.
You could collide with different vehicles or you could just tailgate the same vehicle & ram it 10x & the achievement is yours.

As soon as you get the motorbike, simply crash to another vehicle ten times. It can be ten times to the same vehicle. Notice that, even if the hud doesn't show you, you lose life with every impact. Use a medkit every 3-4 impacts just to be sure. As soon as you get the achievement, reload last save to keep the medkits.
