There is another trophy related to this choice which is the oops trophy. I highly recomend getting that one first, because in doing it so, it will reload "a" checkpoint (Can't say its the last one because of the bugs, but don't worry, the game saves wight before this choice, so if you autosave takes you way before this point, reload the last one and you're good)
When you arrive to a part of the story which has two US presidents, simply press down the D pad two times until you equip the molecular googles. The one with the yellow lines through his body is the morph.
Dont worry if you kill first the fake president, you can go back and kill the other one in load game, because as I stated before, the game makes an autosave, but as you already know if youre playing this game, going manually to load a game can be a Pain in the ***
