This will undoubtedly unlock naturally and if it doesn't, you're not playing the game right. Souls are the blue orbs that drop from the bosses when you hit them. These are what will power up your active abilities so you really want to be collecting them as often as they drop. You should pick up 50 pretty early on so don't worry about having to go out of your way to get this one.
