There's a pretty good chance this will unlock naturally. One of the best parts of this game is how the healthbar is handled in that it's actually your clock. You can get hit as many times as you want but as soon as the clock hits 0, you're on one life to live and any hit you take will kill you. For this trophy, you need to run down the clock until it hits 0, then defeat a boss while in that "sudden death" mode. You can do this in any mode so if you found a boss that you thought was particularly easy, you can choose to fight them in Arcade mode and just run down the clock before killing them. Whether it happens naturally or if you have to set it up, as soon as you defeat a boss with 0 time left on the clock, the trophy will unlock.
