How to unlock the Bike or Biker achievement in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition - Definitive Guide
BMX Challenge Location
NRG-500 Challenge Location
For the BMX, I recommend that you're BMX skill is at 100%, keep on doing wheelies in the airport for about 20 minutes or so and you'll get max level.
The the NRG-500 Challenge, I recommend getting the red circles on the ground first, then go after the ones that are in the air. Doing both of these challenges are required for 100% competition also.
Hope this helped.

Just a tip for anyone doing the NRG-500 challenge. I found it helped to use the mini-map to make sure you are lined up when going for the ones in the air. Also for some of the higher up ones you really have to go all the way to the other side of the dry dock first and really floor it up the slope to reach.
For the BMX and just your general sanity anyway turn-off tap to sprint in the options so you just have to hold a instead.

For the BMX challenge, make sure to not be fat.

You can find the NRG Challenge in San Fierro, in the hangar and dry dock besides the car export list. Enter the Bike to start it.
You can find the BMX Challenge by entering the BMW parked in the Glen Park skate park (The one left of the Jefferson Hospital). You'll technically need 20% bike skill to start it, but coronas will be out of reach until you can bunny hop to the max height at 100%.
So the easier would be to go for the NRG challenge, it is very doable even without much bike skill. Just floor it against the slopes to jump and collect the coronas.

Little tip when levelling up the bmx, if you go to options, then tap to sprint then turn it off, you can just hold A to pedal instead of tapping it all the time

Both need to be done I think for the 100% achievement. I had to hit the gym to lose some weight as I struggled to get a few of the rings on the BMX one.

Yup you need to complete both for 100%. But if you want this achievement quickly, NRG is the easiest of the two.

The NRG Challenge is found at the docks in San Fierro and most of the Red Circles are easily obtained with the tricky ones being the ones you have to jump to.
The Cycle race is located in Glen Park
