Story Related.
The Deep Space Drill is Baldr and is found at the end of Level 3A (unlocked by completing Level 2A). This one is actually going to be easier than it initially looks. You'll mostly just be using your boost (
) to dodge a few projectiles here and there but the rest is straight forward.
Baldr will start on the very right. Move to either the very top above them or the very bottom below them (so you yourself are hugging the far right as well). As they're flying, they'll move up and down and will fire projectiles but as long as you're on the bottom or top edge, you'll be safe.
Shoot them as they're flying and you'll eventually come to a rock wall that they'll dig through. When you can fit through the hole, boost through it to avoid getting hit by their projectiles. When their HP reaches about 50%, the level will turn and you'll start flying up. Do the same thing as before except instead of staying on the very top/very bottom, you'll stay on the very left/very right. Boost through the holes they create just the same and continue to burn them down. Once their health bar has been depleted, the trophy will unlock.
