The Easiest way to do this I have found is in the first level. Towards the end of the level an obstacle will split the top and bottom section of the screen, just stay on the bottom.

The levels that have at least 2 Boss Bounties will have alternate routes you need to take to get to them. The first alternate route is in Level 1, towards about the middle of the level. You'll eventually come to an area where the is a "hole" below you leading to a lower path. Take the lower path and you'll automatically shoot/break the rock walls in front of you. You'll also unlock this trophy.
