You get this achievement by collecting the Astronaut in level 4B.
The Astronaut is on the alternate boss route, about 20 seconds into the route it is between 2 rocks at the top of the screen.
It is pretty hard to shoot on accident as it is protected by the rocks but it is possible so be careful.
The Astronaut is shown at around 1:50 in the video.

This trophy is an Easter Egg for Twin Breaker, another game developed by Lillymo. There will be a few times while playing through the game when two rectangular neon ships will appear. These are Greetings and Salutations, the two ships featured in Twin Breaker. When they appear, the trophy will unlock.
