The Reapers are the main enemies in this game and you can't finish any given level until you have killed 12 of them. Out of all the enemies in the game, the Reapers are by far the most dangerous and will kill you in a matter of seconds if they get too close so keep them at a distance and make sure you have a power-up equipped (preferably insta-kill) then aim at their head and let them have it! Once you've killed your 66th Reaper, the trophy will pop.
