Once you can buy Designer Pieces from Sally, you have to by the set of 2 pine trees. It’s lower next to the snow man design. Also pick up the pieces that have lights, candy cane and a star.
To make the free decorations you will need to also buy “Holiday Decorations” in the crafting recipe section of Sally’s store.
You will need Glass and Wood to create the tree and decorations. (Glass recipe can also be bought it is coal and sand).
Once you have all your materials go over to the design work bench. Here go to blue prints, large object, “Y” to add tree, then press “RB” to get over to the decorations. Add one decoration to the tree, then save the object. The achievement will pop after.
