A quick way to get this is to go to Sally’s design bench, select Create a new object using a blueprint, and create a decoration.
Hit Y, and add the first item you can. Immediately save the item. Each time you do this, even with the same piece, counts towards this achievement.
You can also then place the items created into your home for both the Treat yourself!, and Self-sustainable achievements. You can get the lot in just a couple of minutes. :)
