From what I understand and have tested, this achievement is as simple as it sounds. Simply visit every area on the shrine map in order to unlock this. No need to complete every shrine if you don't want, but you need to have visited the areas, which include:

Town Center + Fashion Store (from comments)
Meadow
Seaside
Mountains (pathway)
Grove
Farm (expansion not needed)
Small Wood
Mountain Top
Mines (F1, F2 - Copper and Iron, F3 - Silver, and F4 - Diamond and Gold)

I'd highly recommend trying to get this all in one sitting, don't pick up and sell any "backpack-able" items in the environments, and not visiting the island provided by Hurley or taking the train to the city center, as I personally ran into a bug on my first save that voided this achievement even after acquiring all the mainland shrines. I then played on a second save and went to every location, saving the farm for last, and got the achievement to pop (rip my full game completion); don't end up like me.

Final tip for spawning Aubrey in the Inn for accessing the Farm, I always got her to appear during the start of the Autumn season and having picked up and/or replaced a craftable flower pot in the town center during Autumn, along with following her standard triggers: https://hokkolife.fandom.com/wiki/Aubrey.
