You can get this one within seconds of starting a match.
Simply place your crosshairs over a guard, and press LB to tag them.
Then, a teammate can kill/assassinate them, and the achievement goes to both of you.
You'll usually see multiple guards on your way to the first objective, so this will be one of your first achievements if you can aim and tag sufficiently.
