The best way to do this, is using Robin's ultimate ability (the explosive arrow) - which is equipped by pressing Y.
You just need to make sure that your ult is full.
There are multiple good spots to do this...
* Shoot John while he's holding up the portcullis for his teammates
* Shoot one of the players while two of them are trying to activate the winch for the treasure.
* Shoot in the middle of an all out brawl over the key/chest/winch area - there is NO team damage, so you're safe to fire away.
You just need to make sure that your ult is full.
