This can be done with State guards, doesn't require to do against players but does require it be done in a 4v4 Heist, so no custom match or training.
Mariannes' special ability is turning "invincible" and she can assassinate enemies from the front during this.
There is also a perk called Silent Slaughter that unlocks at character lvl 4 which prolongs the duration of the special with each assassination. It helps if you're having trouble but isn't necessary.
Just find a group of two state guards and a third guard that is close, activate her special and assassinate away.

I believe you need the ‘Silent Slaughter’ perk which is unlocked at Rank 4 with Marianne to be able to replenish the ability meter for each kill.
