Aright, time for Grand Lap 2: Electric Boogaloo. To toggle difficulty, hit your right bumper to increase or your left bumper to decrease the difficulty.
This time they've added jumps in. A lot of jumps. The good news is, you don't have to worry about stamina. Because your horse automatically slows down to a canter for every jump, your stamina stays charged up through the whole race.
For jumping, a little three colored bar appears on the right side of the screen as you approach every jump. Hit the B button to jump. If you hit it in the red section, you add 3 seconds to your time (or if you hit the wrong button and time runs out, which I have definitely never done.) If you hit it in the yellow, you don't add any time, but you also dont take any off. If you hit it in the green, you take 3 seconds off your time.
The time to beat for medium is 10:26. I beat it with 2 minutes to spare, with 4 minutes off in bonuses. So, the time is less generous than easy, but still very much doable.
