Can only be done in ''Temple of Saqra''. A couple of waves into the level Indiana will appear to the right of the temple entrance. Click on the symbols below him in the order middle, left, right to open the passage and give you the achievement:

Obtainable in campaign level 11: Temple of Saqra.
At the beginning of wave 6 he will appear on the right side of the main entrance.
You need to press LS on your controller and click on the 3 square buttons on the wall below him in order:
Middle - Left - Right.
They will light up blue once clicked on.
If you input a wrong combination then Parasyte enemies will hatch from the eggs on the right.
He will be standing there with 3 question marks above his head up until the end of wave 15 and then will disappear.
