Can only be done in ''Ma'qwa Urqu''. On several occasions a big savage holding a princess will emerge from a hut and walk towards the volcano. Kill him before he throws her in there:

Campaign level 10: Ma'qwa Urqu.
In top right corner of this map is a village.
On wave 3 or 4 (depends how you call waves) a bigger version of Tribal Warrior will appear holding our princess.
The villager will try to approach the lava in the middle of the map and throw our maiden in there.
All you need to do is prevent this.
Fully upgraded Reinforcements deployed right next to him are more than enough to get a kill.
Using Rain of Fire will not harm the girl so it can be used also but it's not recommended.
He will be attempting this once every few waves.
If you don't stop him then after the sacrifice an eruption will take place hitting and damaging your units.
