You need to complete the normal campaign first. This will unlock several new levels, one of which is called: Darklight Depths. This map is lcoated in the center of the map to the left of The Underpass level.
In the Darklight Depths, there is a torch to the right. The charcter is very difficult to see, but if you follow the path up and to the left of the torch the charcater is cloaked close to the road. Claick right on the left sick to turn your cursor into a hand and click on Reptile to uncloak him and get the achievement.

Can only be done in ''Darklight Depths''. This guy can be found right at the start, half invisible in the top right of the level. Click on him and he'll climb up the wall, after which you'll get the achievement:
